Well I figured since you are in my club, you may want to know a little about me!

My name is John Wheeler White, IV and I was born in Atlanta, GA. I spent my childhood in Brazil as a missionary kid and loved every minute of it. Moving back to the states, I lived in Richmond, VA and attended high school. I worked at Chick-fil-A starting at the age of 14. I knew it was so much more than a business or job opportunity. It was a place to invest in people and make an impact on the community. My granddad, Truett Cathy, instilled in me strong values and a love for Chick-fil-A from a young age. Working in the unit just felt natural to me. I continued to work at a unit into college at Auburn University until I had the opportunity to walk on the Auburn Tigers Football team as a punter. This was an incredible experience. Auburn is where I also met my amazing wife, Kylie. We got married shortly after graduating. We worked in college ministry in Atlanta before I got back into the business at a Chick- fil-A unit in Atlanta.

When Kylie and I were offered this unit in Durham, we were so excited to move here and build a family of employees and customers. I knew that I was not just building a business to grow sales and sell chicken. My granddad built his business on people. Getting to know his customers and treating them as he would like to be treated were of utmost importance to him. That is the inspiration for this club. We want you to walk into your Chick- fil-A and feel at home and like a VIP every visit. You are truly important to us and I am honored to have you in the club!
